Um.. no I bought it. I should no. Sometimes the frames/parts change on differenty continents. This is the North America 2008 Giant STP SS. I've changed out parts maybe that's why your confused?

all photos dont have to follow the rule of thirds.. theres many differnt kinds of composition. to name a few.. diagonal, high key, formal informal etc. maybe the photographer was going for a a formal balance with the fisheye lens.
